One Year Standard Warranty

All medical equipments we sell are guaranteed for one year, during the warranty period our engineers will make several field visits as periodical and prevention maintenance.

Technical Department

With our high qualified engineers with the best tools and engineering technologies are responsible for installing and operating all equipments we sell & after sale services

Key duties include

Installation and operation of all newly sold equipment.

Train the users for the operational and functional work of the machines.
PPM for all equipment under warranty or service contract.
Follow up all service call. - Support sales department during promotional activities.

Natco Al-Razi strategically covering all the Yemeni governorates and regions through the head office in Sana’a and four branches “ Taiz – Aden – Hodiedah and Mukalla” providing efficient services to our customers at their door-step

Sales activities are fully supported by Maintenance Department which provides after sales/maintenance services through 3 workshops, equipped as per the standards of our manufacturing partners. Biomedical engineers are trained at factory site and certified by the respective principals. In addition to Natco Al-Razi team and workshops PHILIPS health care supports its services in Yemen by a regional office located in Sana’a which is managed and running by PHILIPS service engineers to serve PHILIPS customers in cooperation and coordinating with Natco teams.

All branches, warehouses, and workshops are linked together through a modern IT System.
